FACILITATED DIALOGUES
Facilitated dialogues support building capacity to truly listen and to
understand one another, even when there is profound disagreement.
The elements of these dialogues are crafted based on the needs of the participants.
We hold disagreement and different experiences as what nurtures innovation and change and support growing the capacity to be with difference in a constructive way.
